Simon is the CEO of Revo4me. He has many years’ of IT experience that includes Salesforce administration and development, product management, project management, training and building strong customer relationships. Simon’s Remedyforce experience is in designing and deploying enterprise-level ITSM solutions, and custom application development on the force.com platform. He has worked in all phases of a Remedyforce project, from concept, architecture and requirements, to design, development, deployment and support. He has been involved as dedicated Remedyforce resource from day one.

Paul is an ITSM Consultant with Revo 4me. He has many years’ experience in ITSM, including Service Desk Management, ITSM best practices, product management and training. Paul’s product experience is in designing and deploying enterprise-level ITSM solutions in line with best practices. He has worked in all phases of a ITSM project, from concept, architecture and requirements, to design, development, deployment and support.

Andrew is a certified PRINCE2 Project Manager, licence number P2R/900053, with Revo 4me. He has experience with PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Before Andrew joined Revo, he worked at the Financial Times and was involved in the implementation of Remedyforce. This has been a great advantage as it has given him a good insight into ITSM implementations from the customer perspective. Prior to that, Andrew project managed installations of IT infrastructure and systems in Cape Town, South Africa. He also oversaw the installation of gas and UV alarms in hospitals throughout the Western Cape.

Chief Customer Officer (CCO)
Åsa has far-reaching experience within office administration, customer care and customer service, as well as a profound understanding of customer analysis and assessment. She has a background in a range of businesses including furniture manufacturing and design, IT sales and distribution, interior design and healthcare administration.
Åsa has the ability to see the overall picture and to organise and introduce workflows in order to gain efficiency. She has experience of different IT systems and software.
